The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) have secured an interim injunction against Tom Hicks and George Gillett that prevents them from removing Martin Broughton as chairman or taking any other steps to appoint or remove any directors from the board of the Kop companies. LOL. Round 1 to us.
